Aleksander Lyckow

Aleksander Lyckow (PwC) acts as auditor in charge, is appointed auditor for G5 Entertainment AB (publ).

At the Annual General Meeting in June 2022 the registered auditing company, Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (“PwC”), was approved as the Company’s auditor to serve until the Annual General Meeting 2023. The meeting also decided that the auditors will be paid in accordance with approved invoices.

The auditors attend the meetings of the audit committee and report to the board of directors when appropriate, but at least once annually.
